This book isn't like any I have ever read.The stories of so many women put together in one forum is amazing. There are also strategies and advice on how to navigate this journey. No one understand this journey, except those that are on it. I didn't want to read something depressing, and I found that it wasn't as sad as it was validating. I'M NOT CRAZY for grieving the loss of my unborn child!My Mother's Day will be a little more softer this year, because I don't feel so alone in this anymore.

Thank you Michelle for this beautiful book. It has pulled me through many a hard time missing my Aurora, especially when I saw her name. You are the best!
Michelle shares her heart and is completely transparent. Her love for the Lord and her sharing this love will help many, many women. I read this because my son and her girlfriend lost a baby at 17 weeks. Michelle has helped us deal with Michaiah's early departure. Beautiful!
I would recommend this book to anyone who has lost their child no matter what the circumstances. The frankness with which these brave ladies speak moves your heart. It helped me in ways I could never have understood when I was a young woman who thought she knew it all. Now that I've seen both sides of motherhood, I am certain these ladies can teach even those of us older ladies a thing or two. There are similarities and differences we all share, yet we all have that one thing in common. We miss our children and yearn to hold them. I give this book top ratings for actually writing the stories from each mother's slice of life.
This is an absolute must read whether you've lost a child or know someone who has. This is a great way to help understand just how devastating a loss such as these really are. These are real stories from real Angel mommies and its about time our voices be heard and our pain be acknowledged. It's time our babies are recognized and their stories are brought to life. For too long this topic has been so taboo and swept under the rug. This book is just the start of a very powerful movement. We are 1 in 8; hear us, listen to us, and understand us.
In our society, we don't talk about it. It's a taboo subject...even though at least one in four women experience it, for some more than once. This book helps end the silence...raw, emotional, and worthy of a read. It's full of mothers' real experiences of devastating loss and survival in their own words...and reminds us that we don't suffer alone. It's a sisterhood we never want to join, but if we do, we are forever bonded by our shared experience, and it changes us forever.
The book of stories gripped my soul and tugged on my heart strings because I have been there. I have experienced what so many other Mommy's have experienced. Through the stories, letters and poems, I have come to realize there is hope for a brighter day, that in time, the pain I now know, will be lessened. I appreciate the helpful advice at the end and plan to utilize some I haven't done yet. Michelle had a story worth sharing and through Sarah, we all now have an outlet to honor our children and speak openly about them.
When we experienced our first miscarriage, and after talking about it with other friends, I realized how common it was. It was one of the most devastating times of our life, but to know that other people went through it gave me comfort.
